At Ragstock, we want you to love your vintage and modern finds, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all vintage items, sale merchandise, and intimate apparel are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
